DCAM Hogan Regional Center

The project involved providing air conditioning to portions of the two buildings (Administration Building and 3 Hathorne Circle) at the Hogan Regional Center in Danvers, MA. The overall work included selective demolition; architectural and structural modifications; HVAC, electrical, plumbing and telecommunication upgrades; and site and accessibility improvements. The project was divided into two phases with completion of the Administration Building before the start of 3 Hathorne Circle. The Administration Building consists of two floors of office areas totaling approximately 4,385 square feet. The project at 3 Hathorne Circle consists of only a portion of the building limiting the HVAC work only to approximately 3,520 square feet on the 2nd floor.
